Vital Scope takes privacy seriously. All personal health information shared with Vital Scope is protected and confidential. Information collected during consultations, assessments, booking, or communications will only be used to provide services, maintain accurate medical documentation, and communicate directly with the client. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to any third-party unrelated to direct client care. Limited information may be released only with written client consent or when legally required. HIPAA standards are followed for documentation, privacy, and protected health information.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate within scope and safety guidelines.
Terms & Conditions
Vital Scope provides private pay, non-emergency Nurse Concierge Services. We do not replace emergency medical care, hospital care, or primary medical provider management. Services are strictly RN scope-of-practice compliant and evidence-based. Vital Scope reserves the right to decline services that are outside of legal nursing scope, unsafe, or not clinically appropriate. By booking, you acknowledge that these services are not covered by insurance and agree to pay service fees out-of-pocket. Plans of care are individualized per client following assessment.
Refund Policy
All consultation fees and service fees are non-refundable. If a client needs to reschedule, they must do so at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. No-call / no-show results in forfeited payment. If Vital Scope needs to reschedule due to clinical reason, medical emergency, or provider schedule change, services will be transferred to a new date at no additional cost.
