What is Vital Scope Nursing Concierge Services?

Vital Scope Nursing Concierge Services provides personalized, one-on-one nursing care for seniors and post-operative clients in the comfort of their own homes. All care is delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under RN supervision, focusing on comfort, safety, and peace of mind

Within the scope of professional nursing practice, our registered & licended nurses provide many of the essential supports typically delivered in a clinical setting—without the stress, travel, or constraints of a hospital environment.

When ordered by a licensed provider, our nurses may:

  • Perform focused nursing assessments and identify early signs of concern

  • Provide wound care and post-operative site monitoring

  • Administer prescribed medications and injections

  • Monitor recovery progress and offer ongoing nursing follow-up

All services are delivered with discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to safety—allowing clients to receive high-quality nursing support in the comfort of their home.

What’s the difference between Nurse Concierge Services and Home Health Services?

Concierge nursing is a private-pay, client-directed service that offers greater flexibility, more time, and personalized care. You do not need a physician’s order or insurance approval.  Services are scheduled based on your needs and preferences.
Home health, on the other hand, is typically insurance-based and requires a doctor’s referral, with nurses limited to performing specific, skilled visits under strict insurance guidelines.

#3

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, Vital Scope Nursing Concierge Services is a self-pay service only. This allows us to provide extended care, individualized attention, and customized scheduling without the restrictions of insurance authorizations.
